I have nothing really spoilery or even coherent to say about this show. It just amuses me on a very deep level, and it feeds all my apocafic-loving kinks, as I may have said before.

I'm very wary of new shows this season. Has it been picked up?

It's just gone on hiatus but will be back (in February, alas) with 12 more episodes. Or so the preview at the end of the episode assured me. So there's not a rush.

I'm sure I've read better apocafic, but this an engaging example of the genre.

Ohh..good enough you recommend watching it? I'll watch a couple of eps for sure (a friend is making copies for me) because D.B. Sweeney is in it *G*..but if you recommend it, I'll give it a go :)

It's not great television, but it's engaging on a kind of soap-opera level, and I love apocafic, so it feeds a kink of mine. So far Sweeney has not been in it much, but he may be back in the spring.

There are some good characters there. It so far has tended to pull its punches, but I don't need every show I watch to leave me a giant puddle of emotional goo at the end of the hour. I have Supernatural for that.

I have been loving it, too. This week's was especially good and they've gone way darker than I'd have thought for CBS, too.

It's had some really good moments, and I really like all the character stuff -- the way everyone's personal problems don't just go away because the world has ended. I'm a sucker for this kind of story anyway, and I've just been loving it.
