Woe. My sore throat had flowered into a full-fledged cold. I am going to make some tea and take to my bed. Tomorrow I will have to buy lemons and whiskey, as the whiskey I have in unsuitable for hot toddies.

I did see your spy santa post, and wanted to thank you for it -- I was meaning to do something similar at the end of the week. I think that if the people you email don't reply, we'll look for backup writers -- I'll have to take a look at the assignments, but I can probably write something, and I'll put out feelers if necessary.

Sorry I've been such an absentee co-moderator, recently.

And I feel strongly that alcohol cures most things. You can always make a hot toddy with rum (in fact, I think you're supposed to), but I prefer whiskey for drinking.
