The other Jack B.

Lalalalalala... I can't hear you...
So instead of packing my bags for the sunny land of Denial I've reasoned as follows. If Tony were dead (or even very badly hurt) would Michelle have sounded as calm as she did in the trailer for next week? I think not.
Unless, of course, they've decided to conceal his state from her? That would create dramatic tension, I guess. I think that would stress me out.
This appears to be the day of "Jack never, ever gets to shoot up." Which would be more amusing, except that as Jack gets more and more strung out, the body count will start to rise. Aw, heck. The body count will be rising anyway.
Also, what's with Palmer? I can't see him giving in to blackmail two years ago. Anne (is that right?) certainly is no Sherry. Sniff. I miss Sherry. Remember, everything she did, she did for David! (Why do I still find that funny? Ah, yes, the Sherry Palmer/Irina Derevko "I did it to protect you" deathmatch.)
Perhaps it's just the knowledge that my husband has been catching up on the final season of Buffy, but does anyone else find it strange that Wood is now Palmer's brother? Is anyone else waiting to see Faith turn up?
And a final thought, just to be annoying: where's Nina?

Date: 2003-11-12 07:36 am (UTC)It was like last season when the Watcher's Council got blown up and a week or two later the head watcher turned up on 24. Or when Ana Espinosa turned up as Jasmine on Angel. I do find Principal Wood hanging around the Presidential suite a little disturbing. It's as if there are only five actors in Hollywood to fill these guest slots. *g*
And I don't even want to think about where Nina is.
