vaznettiI'm probably the last person in the world still watching ER on a regular basis. The fact that I am amazes me at times, particularly when I sit through episodes like last night's, which was all about Abby. I took an irrational dislike to her character when she was first introduced, and she's given me no reason to change my opinion.
But it was all redeemed by one beautiful moment of confrontation between my two favorite characters, Weaver and Romano. The claw vs. the crutch. That was just beautiful. The moment where Kerry called Romano her bitch? I need an icon of that.
And Romano needs to replace that claw-thing with a hook. Seriously.

Date: 2003-10-10 05:05 pm (UTC)Neither did I. I'd assumed that everyone loved her, because the show is so clearly trying to encourage me to love her--or so I feel. So I feel quite smug about my dislike (and yes, I agree, the scene where she tells him not to leave? Or where she's complaining that he went to Africa in the first place? I was all, "Get over yourself, woman!")
And I like Susan as well. I'm always happy when she's onscreen. Frankly, given how much everyone on that show is made to suffer, I'm glad that nothing's happened to her!
