Spoilers for Angel: Calvary

Rest in peace, Lilah Morgan. On second thought, no, don't rest in peace. Come back from the dead and get your revenge. Stephanie Romanov put in a hell of a performance in tonight's episode: her exchange with Cordelia, on the stairs, was crackling with energy. And also, "But hey, the greater good!" She pulled that character into life.

And thank goodness Cordy's evil was finally revealed! I was spoiled but still on the edge of my seat. And I'm beginning to suspect that the dullness hanging about Cordelia this season has been all about being evil and pretending to be good.

How long is it likely to take everyone else to figure out that she's evil, I wonder?

Otherwise, a great episode and I loved it. And I can't believe that, barring a major war, I'll be in Britain in three weeks time. I may have to figure out how to hook up the VCR...

Evil doesn't have to mean sloppy!

Did I ever tell you my Stephanie Romanov story? (shameless namedropping attempt)

For once, I didn't have any spoilage. Mostly, because I'd stopped caring enough about the show to read spoilers. :) Wow!

My feelings on this whole episode can be summarized by this exchange with a friend:

Friend: Angelus=SO MUCH HOTTER THAN ANGEL
Me: YES!! But I can't believe that Cordy killed Lilah!'.
Friend: Oh, they slit Wes's throat! I wouldn't count her out yet!

I hope not! I wish I'd taped this one. I can tape the next one if you like.
