Alternate Songs Letter

Thank you so much for signing up and being willing to write one of my prompts!
I signed up for this exchage because I LOVE canon-divergence AUs -- the whole idea of how the world would look if some event had gone differently is really exciting to me. But I have also added the "In Space" option to all of my requests, because let's face it, an ASOIAF or GOT story set in space would be unimaginably awesome. (I did not request the Star Wars fusion option because although I owuld love to see all these characters in the Star Wars universe, I wouldn't want them to replace the canon characters in that universe and play out their stories. But if you want to put these characters into the SW universe as a kind of crossover-fusion, go for it!)
I don't really have detailed requests for each prompt. Some things I am interested in what would have happened if Rhaegar had won -- especially to the Starks, but also to Elia and Lyanna. What would Jon be like, if he'd been raised as a prince rather than as a bastard? This is an interesting what-if for a lot of the characters -- many of them seem so strongly attached to their birth houses, so what would they be like if they had been raised somewhere else?
What if Stannis had won at the Blackwater? Could he have coped with having to actually rule the Seven Kingdoms, or would everything have gone terribly? (If I had been paying attention during the tag prompting I would have added Stannis/Sansa, because it's a ship I really like -- alas, too late!)
I love time travel stories, especially where a character has to go back in time to fix something. I love stories where the world changes because a character never died -- but would also be interested in a character being suddenly and mysteriously resurrected.
In general I love plot, and I am equally happy with gen and shippy stories. I don't really love kink unless I can see it being closely tied to characterisation -- and I realise that this is very subjective! In this fandom, I love happy endings, or at least hopeful endings; I don't mind hurt so long as there's some comfort at the end.
I have included D/s and related dynamics as a DNW in my signup (it's a squick) and harm to children (another thing I hate), as well as noncon and dubcon for most of the requests. Mostly I ship all these people/happiness, at least when they're in an AU.
