I am back!

...From my conference -- which was all very nice. Apparently I have missed some television? Have I missed anything else? I glanced through a few pages of friends list, but can't quite manage to go all the way back to Sunday morning.

I am surprisingly tired, although hiking up a big hill for some quick sightseeing this morning might have something to do with that.

ETA that I've had to turn off anonymous posting, because I was getting some porno spam. I'm sorry about that, and may change it back in a week or so to see if it's stopped.

I was going to say that you missed lj being diptastic with the losing comments and posts, BUT THAT'S STILL GOING ON!!! So. Really, you haven't missed much. *g*

(Hesychasm started a cool if time-intensive meme. Also? Meme includes math. It might not be your thing, though. I didn't think it was going to be mine, but I'm finding it v. interesting and a great distraction from FanLib.)

I saw that meme, when you did it, and think I might do the same when I get my website back up. I figure, at least then I'll know what I've written!

Perhaps because there is like, 150% less breast-beating (or brow-beating, for that matter) involved, I am finding that meme interesting and thought provoking, instead of just massively frustrating and teeth-grinding infuriating, as has happened other times with similar topics.

Plus! Fangirls complaining about MATH IS HARD! never stops getting funny.

It would make complaining about lj much easier if lj would just stay up long enough for us to bitch about it. *g*

I did get some writing done -- including the end of the paper I was giving! -- on that HL/SPN crossover I'm picking away at. Slowly.

I like that meme, because it's about what you've actually done, not about the state of the universe.
