Icon Pairings Meme

vaznettiI alphabetized by last name, and left the animals and inanimate objects off it, because Adama/albatross was not going anywhere good. Also Moya and one guy from Spinal Tap whose name I cannot remember to save my life.
Make a list of all the characters in your icons. (Although you may have more than one icon of a single character, they only go on the list once.) Alphabetize it. Take the first two people on the list; that's your first pairing. Second two people; second pairing, etc.
Bill Adama/Jack Bauer: You know, I bet Jack would be really good at fighting Cylons. And Adama's already been shot, which seems to happen to lots of people who spend time with Jack. But I just don't see this as a pairing.
Jack Bristow/Julius Caesar: This, on the other hand... If Alias allowed for time travel, it would be SO COOL! They would rule the world, and Jack would be able to fake Caesar's death and take him forward in time to... uh... well, I'm not sure.
Christine Chapel/Marita Covarrubias: Comfort femslash, maybe? I have trouble imagining this, although it would probably be very domestic -- a little house somewhere, a few cats and NO emotionally unavailable men, thank you.
Irina Derevko/Allison Doren: This is canon, isn't it? I mean, it could be.
Marshall Flinkman/Hermione Granger: OMG. This is great. They would be working on a proect together (because Rambaldi and magic go together like all those togethery things) and it would be geeky and fun!
Alex Krycek/"Bones" McCoy: What's with the XF/Trek crossovers here? Although I see this a little more easily than Marita and Nurse Chapel. Krycek would sulk a lot, and McCoy would be all snarky, and then they'd get along fine.
Minerva McGonagall/Lilah Morgan: Whoah. This would never happen in a million years, but it would be cool to try to work out anyway.
Fox Mulder/Nina Myers: Sadly, I do not see this ever happening, even if a meeting of the two characters could be arranged. There would be no spark at all. Well, I mean, unless Nina was on a mission that included seducing Mulder, because she would probably manage that -- you know, it's Mulder, he strikes me as pretty easy -- but... OK, that could work.
Leia Organa/Frank Pembleton: In principle, I am opposed to pairings involving Pembleton and anyone not his wife. Even Tim. OK, maybe especially Tim. Because in a weird way, if Pembleton ended up in the Star Wars universe... No. Even then, this would never happen.
Ms. Perky/Merv Pumpkinhead: The obscure pairing to end them all. Ms. Perkey was the school counselor from "10 Things I Hate About You," you remember, the wone writing an erotic novel? This would be awesome. In her dreams, Ms. Perky is carrying on a torrid affair with Merv Pumkinhead. Merv is looking unusually cheerful, these days.
Laura Roslin/Sark: This seems inevitable, given Laura's habit of attracting good-looking young men, and Sark's major Irina-related issues. Also, she probably needs someone to kill people for her, since I think Lee and Billy both have too many morals.
Arvin Sloane/Han Solo: Um. Yikes. I don't think so. I think Han has too good a bullshit detector. He'd just shoot Arvin, and that would be that.
Aeryn Sun/Nigel Tuffnell: You know, from Spinal Tap. This would be excellent. Nigel would be too drunk to realize that Aeryn is from outer space. It would be really late, after a concert, and they'd have the best sex he'd ever had, and then she'd just leave.
Frankie Wharton/Wesley Wyndam-Pryce: Frankie is the forensics person from Waking the Dead, so they could fight crime together. We know Wesley likes smart women, but I'm not sure that Franke would give him the time of day. It would be a real "happily ever after" thing, and they'd be so mean to everyone around them. If only Wesley weren't dead! The more I think about this, the more I like it.
