I need to be clearer, then--Krycek has crossed Chapel and walked down College to the Phelps tower. But you're right--for some reason I'd switched to police department to the right, but it's just before the Phelps elevator entryway, isn't it? IIRC there was a little door on the right-hand side that led to a flight of steps, and was never open. I spent far, far too much time in Phelps Hall.
