Here I am! I've been waking up early over the past couple of days, although it doesn't generally translate to getting a head start on my work: today because of ants in the garbage. Grr, because I can't figure out where they're coming from.
I have a long post of little complaints and worried brewing, but it seems too much trouble to type it out now.
Everyone else has said everything I would have about last night's Angel. Alas, Cordelia. How I've missed the real you. For years and years, Cordelia was the prime example of everything good about the Buffy/Angel franchise. However, I do have one small point about the trailers for next week. Spike is not in any possible universe a Nazi. Dressing up and taking orders? So not the Spike way of evil. It would be hysterically funny to watch Spike trying to play along, though, because he'd probably last about two-and-a-half minutes before starting to kill everyone around him.
On a slightly less amused note, must we always have a WWII-themed episode? It's just so irritating: it was bad the first time around, in Star Trek, and it hasn't gotten any better in the intervening years. With the exception of Triangle!Scully, who has a special place in my heart.
Just at this moment, I feel like my life is under control, which is a sure sign that I'm delusional.

Date: 2004-02-05 10:56 am (UTC)Of course, so far I'm only about four episodes into the season. Meh.
I should hold onto that delusion about your life being under control for as long as possible. It sounds like a good one to have. :-)
