Happy Valentines Day! Although I admit that I'm feeling the need to commiserate with anyone who isn't in the same state/time zone/country/continent as his or her loved ones. I think the fact that I'm leaving for the UK on Friday is actually making me even more disgruntled about this.

I suspect that the holiday will turn out to be an inconvenience -- I was planning to get takeout from the Thai restaurant I pass on the way home, but restaurants tend to be no-go areas on February 14th.

Also, the hot water ran out this morning before I could have my bath. Grr.
