vaznettiI had no intention of writing a 9/11 post. Last year I was in New York, and felt that it mattered; this year I'm all the way out here in Oregon, and it feels more distant. By "it" I mean not the date, but my own response to it.
But then, now I'm reading the end of the Iliad. I may decide later that what Homer has to say matters.
