They can't make up their minds. She's very competent and brave in episodes like 1.02 or 1.06 or 3.01, then they figure they need her to be a damsel in distress so that Connor can look good, like in 1.04 or the one with the mercreatures. It makes me so damn annoyed. At first she was really grown up, and last week she was acting like she was 16.
