That interview was a thing of beauty. I adored watching Al hold on to his composure by his fingernails, and the way Alma tested how much power she had over him.
I was confused by the Moses thing too, but R thinks she meant that Moses took on the larger share of the burden by actually bearing the tablets the laws were written on. All we have to do is live by them, which is easier.
Unfortunately I don't think the situation is directly related to any of the commandments, as it was more of a "Love thy neighbor as thyself" situation anyway.
