I got to see last week's Supernatural with cofax7 and _minxy_ and a friend of hers (kres, maybe?) -- it was a great deal of fun, and I was very well behaved (I hope) until the promo for next week's episode, and which point I began to emit a high-pitched squeeing noise. I cannot wait. OMG! it looks so good! It has Mary! I said then and I stand by this, that I don't even care if John is dead in that universe, because we will see Mary! We will see what she was like! I am so excited about this that I keep making that squee noise whenever I think about it!

In other news, fannish sociability was very nice -- we went up to the wine country to taste some good wine and eat some very good strawberries, then drove back into the city for dinner. Then this morning was the Ferry Building farmer's market -- I buy the food while my parents do tai chi -- although actually I find that market a little too much. And now I am just hanging out and waiting for aceofkittens to show up, for more sitting around and catching up.

It's a hard life, isn't it?

It's such a hard life. We hung around this morning and I just waved them off, after loading Minxy up with absolute gigabytes of vids and S1 of Life on Mars. Heh. Also, I found the 2004 VVC dvd set, so if you come back this way we'll have more vids to watch. Oh, the humanity.

Well, unless the djinn is actually fiddling with space-time, technically we'll be seeing what Dean thinks she would be like. Or possibly what the djinn thinks Dean thinks she'd be like. :)

I pity you terribly. (I just spent this evening having the plot of Flowers in the Attic explained to me -- why God why?? -- and then working out narrative structure on a Thing I am working on, thanks to teh Snackiest. But since we were not in balmy California, I think you still win.)

So warm today! Crazy, it's been a very cool spring and bam! today is summer.

Well, next weekend I will return to not-so-balmy Nova Scotia, and will be sitting around feeling jealous of everyone else's weather.

I have vague memories of that Flowers in the Attic book and some of its sequels, and would prefer for them to remain vague.

I am pretty spoiler free, and so are a lot of the people on my friends list -- I know the title of the final episodes, but that's it.

Dean angst unites this fandom. Seriously. We all love to watch Dean suffer, and then we say, Oh, Dean together in that same tone of voice.
