As usual, the outlines I have to mark seem to be going very, very slowly, probably because I put them off to the late afternoon. And because they are sadly repetitive. (But
c_iulius will be pleased, I hope, to hear that I have not managed to prejudice my students against Caesar.) I want them done today, because tomorrow BH arrives, but it's as if I've reached the limit to "getting stuff done" today with a trip to the market and what seemed like a year's worth of filing.
So here I am, lurking on lj on a Saturday, desperate for amusement. Please! I am suffering from a complete lack of motivation: I'm not even motivated to edit a piece of fanfic I'm working on. Prompt me, or poke me with pointy sticks, or something. Please.

I'm not sure that many of my students are watching Rome, to be honest; I tend to teach Octavian's metamorphosis, so a lot of that is familiar territory for my courses.
And thank you!
