I'm watching! And so excited someone else here is.
AFAIK, Thoros wasn't sacrificing lives to save Beric, but the show hasn't necessarily exposed much of that. My question is whether Melisandre knows how, or gleaned enough from Thoros to realize she does. She is certainly depressed right now about her ability and maybe even her faith, and I'm wondering how she comes back from it.
Brienne saving Sansa was hands-down my favorite scene in two or three seasons. And Pod coming through uninjured tickled me, too.
Can't wait for next week. The forerunners are promising this season won't be as dark....I do wonder what they mean, exactly. :-/
