wonders how much of her own doubt she's put onto Dean Winchester

Oh, I like this a lot. I love that you don't have her convinced, not at all. She's just trying to figure it out. Sensible, not too trusting, but believing her own eyes and seeing logical inconsistencies. Why, indeed, do the Winchesters keep revisiting their victims?
